Despite his impressive legal career, Dr. Gallagher remains committed to education and serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. Here, he teaches Basic and Advanced Law and Ethics, imparting his knowledge and expertise to aspiring pharmacists.
Dr. Gallagher is also an active member of the American Society of Pharmacy Law and the Health Care Law section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
